We bought a house in January of 2006 before we split and things havent been the same. I was planing on living with my husband but things did not work out. Right now i have roomates but they will be moving out soon. I dont know what to do. I just bought a new car before i new my roomates were going to bail on me but things happen. I am trying to get my self out of debt from Credit Cards and back on track. I am trying to rebuild my house because it needs alot of work and i cant do that if im living paycheck to paycheck. I have never owned a house and i really dont want to have to sell it. Iv never done this before but i was told about it and just thought i would give in a shot. Im 91,000.00 in debt on my house and 14,000.00 on my car but only 5,000.00 in Credit cards. But like i said i am only wanting help on my house. My payments are 900.00 a month and that about what i make every two weeks. So i am writting this pleading and begging for help. PLEASE HELP ME.
