My address is 420 Edmondson Dr. Waxahachie, Tx 75167. I have a fiance and 3 children ages 5,10 and 14. My fiance, Stacy Penix, was laid off 3 months ago and I am a sub-contractor in the oilfield. My last job was a sub-contract for a company by the name of Flo-Tek out of Hobbs, NM. I have been owed this money for about one and a half months. This is in the amount of $2000 dollars. I have yet to recieve this payment. This has put us in a bind because this was money to be used for bills, food, gas for vehicles and child support. We have had to miss two weekends picking up our kids because we couldn't afford the gas or food for them. We have not been able to pay our electric, water, car, house payment or have gas to get anywhere. We have no family that can help us and we are so scared that we might loose everything. We have had a little help with food thanks to our wonderful neighbors. Four weeks ago we were involved in a car wreck which left us with one vehicle. Our car is now fixed but we are unable to retrieve the car because we can't afford the insurance deductable. We are currently behind in the $4000 range. I hate to ask for help for anything, but I love my family more than anything and don't know where else to turn.
