I recently lost my job to down-sizing and currently recieving unemployment ins., We are about to be evicted from our home (sept. 10th) because we can't afford the rent of $785 per month. I found a home to buy on contract, but we do not have the down payment of $1,000. I also have experiance as a Painter & Decorator, but also need funding to buy equipment and supplies. Would need about $5,000 to start up Painting & Dec Co., with the funding we will be able to get off unemployment and make a moderate income to pay back the funding if needed. The total amount we would need is $10,000 to get up to date with current bills and purchase the equipment needed for the Painting Co., and pay the down payment on the home contract. The payment on the home would only be $450 per month. I just have had some bad luck and need some help, I know if I had the funds to help some one I would.
