But your miles away in a town, city of strangers, no one to turn to. It's hard to ask for help, it become your first lesson of humility, humbleness. We all go to church when we can, the basket comes around, you put what you can. But when it comes down to the stranger, begging for food, pleading for survival of their family, no hope is a day, goes by. That is the real test between us and God, is the stranger, not the basket, the secret between you and God, not the dues paid. I know there are people worst off than me, and I pray for their case. My time is now, I'm hanging by a thread, job's pending, no gas to get there, utilities pending disconnection, no money to pay them.
