I am trying to find ways to get ahead and stop living payday to payday. I want a place that we can call home. I have been researching "grants" for about 1 yr or so, they all want you to pay for the information, how can I do that when I am barely making it raising my kids. I have 2 children and have currently relocated to Oregon to get away from a domestic violence relationship. I have even paid to get information but that was no help at all.
